At Mackay Baptist Church, our mission (which is derived from Matthew 22:37-40) is to be “Passionate lovers of God and others”. We are a warm, family-friendly fellowship with contemporary worship and a scripture-based doctrine. We welcome and celebrate all languages and cultures and support young families with a diverse range of programs from infancy through to young adulthood.

As a Church we are passionate about loving God, and other people. We express the love of God by reaching out to others with God’s message of love and forgiveness and to use the gifts God has given us to serve Him, one another, and those who do not know Him. We worship God not only with our voices, but all that we do, have and are – grounded in prayer and the Word of God.
